How to request deletion of your data

You can ask us to delete the personal data Mad Ad Slingers holds about you at any time. Send an email to hello@mad-ad-slingers.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We may ask you to confirm control of that email address before we act on the request.

We process deletion requests within 30 days and send you an email confirmation when the deletion is complete.

What gets deleted

On a confirmed request we delete, from our systems: your account profile information; authorization tokens and account identifiers for advertising platforms you connected (including Meta/Facebook and Instagram); and the leads, campaigns, creatives, and other content stored in the platform under your account. Data we received about you through Meta platforms is included in this deletion.

If you connected Mad Ad Slingers through Facebook, you can also remove the app's access at any time in your Facebook settings under Settings → Apps and Websites; removing access stops any further data collection, and you can email us as above to have the data already collected deleted.

What we may have to keep

Some records must be retained for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or payment-dispute purposes — for example, invoices and payment confirmations processed through Stripe. We keep only the records the law or our payment processors require, only for as long as required, and they are not used for marketing.
